villita

i had my villita inspection -- termites, pealing paint, old water heater... all in all -- i'm thinking it's not to bad - it is 121 years old... i love my villita. i love the colors, i love the kitchen, i love the nasty henry back yard -- which i am going to make into a pretty, smelly, garden. i'm excited. i think me and the fuzzy little guys will like it very much.
