a new twist

as we all know by now, Cincinnati does not have very many snow plows - actually, I have yet to see one. As a result, they have ingeniously developed a salt pellet that houses a little man with a snow plow. When there is a threat of snow - the salt trucks scatter millions of these microscopic individuals onto the roads. In theory, the little men work all night long and clear the roads by morning rush hour. The "powers at be" - being as observant as they are - noticed that the poor little men in the salt pellets were either dieing or being extremely unproductive. So, as a result, they have decided to also spread beet juice on the roads. See, this way the little men would have sustenance to work through the night. I have to say, the little men did not do that bad of a job last night. Perhaps McDonalds will want to get in on this - who likes beet juice anyways?

These are the little men who keep our roads "clean". You can see how they are contained within the salt pellet. This is an extremely magnified view.
